ELA:
7th grade will begin reading The City of Ember.
8th grade will continue to read The Outsiders.

In writing, the students are learning how to correctly combine sentences.
There will be a combining sentences quiz, next week.

7th Math:
This week, the students created a game to review all of the topics learned during the second marking period.
Next week, we will continue to study rates and proportions.

Currently, the students are learning about functions.
