Language Arts:
The students are working hard on their MARE projects.
As a class, we are investigating how ocean creatures sleep or rest.

Math:
The students will be learning how to solve multi-step equations.

It's that time of year again...... MARE!!!!!
We will begin working on MARE projects and reports next week.
The students will also be studying figures of speech involving the MARE theme.

The students have been studying homophones and types of sentences; their quarterly assessment will be based on their knowledge of those topics.

The students have been learning how to use formulas to find: perimeter, area, volume, and circumference.

The students have been learning how to identify and punctuate different types of sentences.

This week the students will be studying the correct usage of homophones.

The students are beginning to study polygons.

The class will be reviewing a variety of topics to prepare for the NJASK tests.

Students have been learning about prefixes and suffixes.
Currently we are learning about different types of sentences.
Students have been improving their speculative writing skills.
